Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is doing great things. Over the past several months, we have been highlighting those that reflect our company values. This month, we conclude with our final value: Employee Safety. At JSG, “Safe Work is Great Work”. Our specialized safety team works to ensure employees’ well-being, whether at the office or on assignment. Each employee is expected to observe safety rules, practices, and procedures and to exercise caution in all work activities. Serena Cross, Employee Service Representative, was nominated and chosen as an exemplar in Employee Safety!

This year, Serena will celebrate 15 years at JSG. While she’s been a dedicated employee for many years, outside of work she’s also an amazing cook and she shares her beautiful recipes with her team! They note that everything she prepares is done so with meticulous attention to the many little details that go into a recipe made from love.
