Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is doing great things. Lately, we have been highlighting those that reflect our company values. This month, we focused on leadership. We believe we should lead by example, celebrate wins while learning from failures, and grow others while growing oneself. Through thoughtful leadership, we are able to quickly and efficiently align our strengths with both our clients and candidates needs in order to establish productive, long-lasting relationships. The ELT agreed that Nicole Clark, VP and Controller, was a great example of leadership here at JSG!
Jim Filarski, CFO, says this:
“Nicole will complete her 7th year this year with JSG. Since joining she has accomplished progressively difficult tasks through her ability to organize staff while communicating relevant principles across department lines. Recent examples of her leadership are her roles in transitioning our Staff (June / July 2023) and Contractor (December 2023) Benefit Plans. Change is difficult and Nicole made those transitions much more palatable.”
Nicole’s strength and determination in her role not only inspires her coworkers but has had a great impact on JSG’s internal staff and processes.
Outside of work, Nicole is an expert when it comes to home fixes—just call her Chip Gaines. She an enthusiastic music fan and an avid health/workout participant.
