Our highlighted employee this month is Chris Minutola, one of our Technical Recruiters in D400!
Chris’s coworker Danielle says this:
Chris has been working on my openings (mainly Machinist roles) and his unwavering support, dedication, and determination has set the bar pretty high. These candidates are not easy to find, and he keeps digging and coming up with qualified candidates to present to and be interviewed by our clients. He has taken helpful hints and when the clients have pushed back or already had the candidate in their data base, he goes back and digs even further. I have been very impressed by his efforts and determination.
Chris clearly shows a sense of ownership when it comes to his role and the way her partners with his coworkers. He does not come up with excuses when things don’t work out–he keeps pushing until they do! Chris goes above and beyond to find the right candidate for niche roles and meet client expectations. He takes responsibility, knowing that JSG’s success depends on our great employees like him!
