He goes to great lengths to reach the most qualified Candidates, even for the toughest type of job, from rare qualifications and experience to unique skill sets. Steve takes responsibility for being knowledgeable about all aspects of the recruiting/hiring process for every type of position one could think of. He stays ahead of the game so that he can work quickly and effectively. As the recruiting manager in Haddon Heights, Steve organizes and operates the recruiting team and office, taking on the risks that may be involved, to make his whole team successful! Steve truly cares about his team and makes it clear in the way he works.
