Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is doing great things. Lately, we have been highlighting those that reflect our company values. This month, we focused on perseverance. We feel that our strong sense of urgency, keen attention to detail, and tenacious follow-through allow us to fulfill promises made despite facing difficulties, challenges, or potential setbacks. Our ability to focus on tasks, achieve our goals, and follow our passion is vital to the success of JSG, our employees, and our clients. Who better to embody perseverance than our Safety/Risk Coordinator, Jaclyn Bilak!
Jaclyn’s manager, Amanda, says this:
“As an integral part of the Safety Team, Jaclyn exhibits a strong sense of urgency, keen attention to detail, and tenacious follow-through on a pretty much daily basis, handling incidents and ensuring prompt feedback to temporary employees and direct staff as well. The Safety Team faces numerous difficulties, challenges, and setbacks but Jaclyn handles them professionally and [takes them] in stride! ”
When Jaclyn isn’t at work, she enjoys cooking! If you have ever been to a Westmont office potluck, you know she is a pro. The Marketing Team favorite is her yummy deviled egg dish!
