Employee Health, Safety, and Wellness

JSG believes in and ascribes to the motto, “Safe Work is Great Work”. JSG makes every effort to comply with federal, state and local occupational health and safety laws, including those of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) to keep our work environments safe and secure.  To support these efforts, JSG has established a workplace safety program.  Each employee is expected to obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all work activities. Environment

JSG understands and supports a green environment. JSG is committed to the responsible use of environmental resources.  Although we are a service business, we still focus on those areas that will help support environmental conservation. JSG has made a dedicated effort to reduce paper consumption by relying on technology to process data to save and archive historical data files. JSG strives to reuse and/or recycle all items common to the office workplace. 

JSG leases its various office locations.  We use appropriate and reasonable energy conservation methods that we control in order to reduce consumption. JSG is committed to minimizing waste by routinely evaluating its operations and making sure those operations are as efficient as possible.  JSG does, and will continue to, comply with all relevant environmental legislation. 

Employee Engagement

JSG understands that employee engagement is vital to the success of a business. Our employee engagement committee hosts various volunteer events and food and supply drives to give back to our community. Our employee engagement committee also celebrates our staff by planning outings and events for employees to get to know one another outside of the office atmosphere.
