Johnson Service Group (JSG) is recruiting for an experienced, Onsite Recruiter, in the Red Oak, Texas area.

JSG Onsite Recruiter Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to guide and drive a best in class recruiting process to ensure positions are filled timely.
  • Provide recruiting support to all contract open positions. Proactively solicit referrals from the current contractor workforce.
  • Visible on the manufacturing floor to achieve 100% contractor/Client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR partners to determine staffing needs and offers solutions.
  • Work closely with our Atlanta recruiters and management team to achieve 100% fulfillment for every need.
  • Manage candidate offer process with JSG team and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate screening / testing process when required.
  • Create and Champion JSG’s Safety Culture.
  • Facilitate Safety and Training meetings / lunch and learns.
  • Be an extension of our Clients Human Resources Team.
  • Conduct new hire orientations with all JSG contractors.
  • Validation and collection of Payroll time when assistance is needed.
  • Counsel contractors as needed or requested. I.e. Answer benefits questions, submit any changes such as addresses, job title, pay raises, W4’s, handle terminations, provide reports, etc.
  • Experience with Taleo – PLUS
  • Responsible for apprentice students

 

Required Work Schedule: (on-site roles require flexibility to accommodate client/contractor demands)

  • Monday: 6:30AM – 3:30 PM (early report time when onboarding & JSG orientations are scheduled)
  • Tuesday – Friday – 8AM – 5PM (adjustments will be required to ensure all shifts have coverage and need to be approved by your manager)
  • On-sites will be required to request management approval in advance when not able to work an 8 hour shift on-site.
