For the month of December, we recognize Samuel Coleman III, Lead Technical Recruiter!
His nominator says the following: Mr. Samuel Coleman has been a recruiter for JSG for 5 years. Coming from many years as a Senior Recruiter at Gulfstream Aerospace, he almost single-handedly grew the Gulfstream account to one of the most productive accounts in the 500 department. Since he started with Gulfstream – the Savannah Gulfstream “team of 1” – has grown to include several more recruiters, maintaining triple digit contractor headcount and a valuable resource for Gulfstream staffing.
Samuel Coleman is a retired Air Force Veteran and work diligently to recruit Veterans for Gulfstream. He travels the distance attending military career fairs and Aviation Maintenance schools establishing the JSG brand and finding quality, skilled and talented contractors for our clients.
Sam uplifts everyone around him, always willing to do whatever it takes to make the submission and hiring process top notch for our staff and contractors. It is a pleasure and an honor to work alongside Mr. Coleman. He teams thanks him for his kindness, guidance and professionalism.
