Each month, we like to highlight one of our employees that is going above and beyond. We look to recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional performance, teamwork, innovation, and/or dedication to our company’s values and goals. For the month of November, we recognize the thrice nominated Kevin Moylett, Senior Technical Recruiter!
One nominator says the following: Kevin has been an incredible addition to the team in Haddon Heights. We brought him in as a Recruiter and he has done a tremendous job finding and placing quality candidates. He has a strong understanding of the roles he is working on and the technologies that are required. His submittal to interview ratio is very high. He is great at networking and has very strong communication skills. He is getting referrals from the candidates he has already placed, which is wonderful. He obviously builds trust with them and they feel comfortable sending him candidates. He has very strong analytical skills and continues to send the right candidates to the right jobs. Aside from the qualities that make his a great recruiter, he is also a pleasure to work with. He is always positive and willing to help other people.
His second nominator: Kevin started for us in May and has 8 starts to date with another 3 to start next week. In 4 short months he has moved to #2 on our recruiter rankings. More importantly he has gained the trust of our client. The result is JSG has become go-to partner for certain jobs leading to exclusivity for a period of time.
A third voice adds: Kevin has done a tremendous job with growing our account with the State of Georgia. By the end of the month we will have 11 contract employees assigned with average AVMs over$12/hour. He has become a trusted resource for our contact.
Outside of work, Kevin is big sports fan, following all Philadelphia teams… except the Phillies. He prefers the Mets. It’s worth noting that each person who nominated Kevin brought this up.
Thank you for all you do, Kevin. Your coworkers are clearly appreciative, even if they don’t understand your baseball loyalties.
