Each month, we like to highlight one of our excellent JSG employees who is doing great things. This March, we would like to shine the spotlight on Michelle McMahan, one of the VPs out of our Atlanta office!
Michelle’s employees describe her as patient, kind, and a great mentor. She is talented and shares her knowledge willingly and thoroughly, offering her assistance whenever necessary. She is always looking for new ways to help her team achieve their goals and puts herself in the mix by doing whatever it takes to help her team be a success. She is a wizard at developing, directing and leading high performance results. Michelle has expert level experience in engineering design services, MSP, IT, business operations, sales and account management. She is always available and has an “open door” policy for any and all things JSG related. She is professionalism personified and is in general, a great leader, mentor and supporter.
Michelle is a new grandmother! Her team is anxiously awaiting photos of her new grandbaby. She is a ball of fire and has energy to burn. She is beyond considerate and is fair and impartial in all matters. She has a smile that lights the room. She is southern hospitality and business savvy wrapped up in a big, red bow.
