Serena Cross, Employee Service Representative, Blue Bell
Serena joined our team in 2016 and in a short period of time has far exceeded the team expectations. Serena handles all administrative duties in our Philadelphia office and is actively involved working in conjunction with Corporate Accounting in the invoicing and receivables process. This is unique as Serena is the only operations consultant in the company who does her own invoicing and A/R.
Serena fully owns the process and often tells us what we need to do for her to get the job done.

Danine Miller, Business Development Manager, Pittsburgh
Danine joined the Northeast team in late 2015 and quickly began to make a name for herself, specifically in the permanent placement arena. Coming from a strong HR background she is a prominent committee person at the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association. She has built strong relationship with several client partners that lean on JSG as a primary supplier. In a competitive Pittsburgh IT staffing market, Danine continues to make year-over-year improvements.
