Johnson Service Group Evaluation Proposal

The goal of this evaluation:

  • Evaluation of your talent acquisition process
  • Calculation of your cost per hire
  • Market compensation review
  • Turnover analysis
  • Conclusion and recommendations

 

What we need from you:

  • Executive Sponsor – Someone who will be our single point of contact and be its internal sponsor
  • Access to selected Executive, HR and Finance teams for data collection.
  • Access to selected HR and Hiring Managers to interview on the process, experiences with understanding areas that are most critical to them
  • Access to your Applicant Tracking System, if applicable

 

What data do you need to provide us?

  • Detail Summary or Flow Chart of your talent acquisition process, if applicable
  • Talent Acquisition summary, if applicable
  • Recruiting metrics, if applicable
  • Organization Chart
  • List of new hires and terminations over the last 18 to 24 months
  • Payroll information for targeted job classes
  • Recruitment costs including dedicated staff, job boards and fees paid to 3rd party agencies over the last 18 to 24 months

 

Contractual Requirements:

JSG requires no contract to perform this evaluation, however we will execute a Non-Disclosure agreement to protect your information.

 

Delivery Time:

JSG expects that we can complete all field work within one week of receiving all of documentation with a report delivered by the following week.
